Official Rules:
The tournament welcomes participants of all ages! Youth between the ages of 0 to 9 and 10 to 15 will compete in their respective age groups, while individuals of all other ages will be grouped together as a family.
Registration starts at 7:00AM. No sign up after 10:00 AM. Everyone must check in at the registration booth, even if you preregistered online.
The official tournament fishing hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You are free to start fishing as soon as you complete the registration process. However, any white perch caught before 9:00 AM or after 12:00 PM will not be considered as part of the tournament. To ensure fairness, volunteers will collect all white perch caught before the official start time.
All State and lake fishing regulations apply. Anyone 16 years or older who is actively fishing must have a valid Nebraska fishing permit. A valid State Park permit is required to enter the park!
Fishing will be from shore only. For your safety, we kindly request that everyone refrains from accessing the rocks along the bank, as they can be hazardous. Walking, sitting, or climbing on the rocks is entirely at your own risk.
Free to borrow fishing gear and bait is provided by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please return borrowed gear at the end of our event.
It is illegal to possess LIVE white perch! Volunteers will collect all white perch caught during the event.
